E-learning donation conversation
Tips for the structure and conduction of a donation conversation.
For whom
The e-learning has been developed for doctors and nurses in the hospital. There are two variants of the e-learning: the tissue donation conversation and the organ donation conversation.
Goal and content
In a donation conversation, you discuss the wish of their loved one regarding donation with the family. These can be emotional conversations, because the family has just been told that their loved one has passed away (tissue donation) or is going to pass away (organ donation).
In these modules you will learn more about the content of a tissue donation conversation or an organ donation conversation and you will receive practical tips for conducting the conversation.
The e-learning is a mix of theory, videos, and processing questions. You finish with a test.
Accreditation
Accreditation has been granted for:
| Target audience | Accreditation points |
|---|---|
| Physicians (ABAN) | 0.5 point |
| Nurses (V&VN) | 1 point |
| Nurse Specialists (VSR) | 1 point |
| Physician Assistants (NAPA) | 1 point |
After fully completing the e-learning, you will receive a certificate and the accreditation points will be awarded.
Costs and study duration
The e-learning is free and takes about 30 minutes to complete.
