Will you come work at the NTS?

Together we make the difference.

At the Dutch Transplant Foundation, you work on something that matters. Whether you are a specialist or a starter: your contribution is meaningful. We believe that autonomy in meaningful work enriches your life and makes you happy. That is why we give you the space to do your work in your own way – with attention to growth, collaboration, and your work-life balance.

What we do - briefly explained

Organ transplants save hundreds of lives every year. Tissue transplants improve the quality of life for many more people. Together, we save and enrich human lives: everyone in the Netherlands who needs an organ or tissue receives it on time. The NTS is the connecting link in this process. Together with our partners, we realize a fair, smart, and future-proof donation and transplantation process. With appreciation for donors and attention to their loved ones.

Do you want to become an organ transport driver?

The transport of organs and transplant teams is specialized work. There are two transport companies that the Dutch Transplant Foundation works with: Kijlstra and Witte Kruis. They handle the recruitment and selection of new drivers themselves.
