Report travel movements for organ transplants

By leaving your contact details, you make an initial report. You will receive a questionnaire by email, the answers to which will be discussed with you by phone and entered directly into the European registry. An NTS employee will contact you for this within 5 working days.

What happens next?

  1. You will receive a questionnaire from us by email. Please note: you do not need to fill this in yourself. The list is only intended as preparation.
  2. An employee of the NTS will call you within 5 working days.
  3. We will go through the questions together and enter your answers directly into the European register.
  4. After this, your contact details will be removed from the NTS.
