Membersite account terms and conditions
  • The account is strictly personal. You may not share account details with third parties.
  • You use a personal, work-related e-mail address (for example surname@hospital.nl)
  • Report loss or theft of account details or data storage devices (phone, USB sticks, files, laptops) containing privacy-sensitive information from NTS systems immediately.

  • You are required to change your password every 6 months (or in the meantime via reset password)
  • You are personally responsible for the safe use, storage and management of your account details.
  • You are personally responsible for all actions performed with your account. NTS is not liable for incorrect data entry via the account or loss of data due to improper handling.
  • By requesting a membersite account with the NTS, you agree to the processing of the personal and institutional data you entered on the web form. This data is necessary to create the account. This gives you access to the membersite and the applications associated with your position.
  • As a member, you will receive an IT update twice a year with news about ongoing and planned IT projects and data dashboards.
  • The NTS uses analytical cookies on the membersite for optimization and statistics.
What do I get access to with an account?

After registration, you will receive a username and password. This gives you access to all sections of the membersite for which you have rights based on your position or tasks. For example:

  • Detailed data dashboards in your field of expertise.
  • NOTR data with post-transplant survival data.
  • (KPI) reports for monitoring national or regional data or at the hospital level.
  • Web applications for consulting and entering data.

In addition, you will find:

  • News about donation and transplantation.
  • Documents and contact details you need for your work.
