What can you expect when you start working at NTS?

We follow the Collective Labour Agreement for Hospitals (CAO Ziekenhuizen) and supplement it positively on a number of points. Below you can read what you can expect from us when you start working at NTS.

Healthy work-life balance

Those who take good care of themselves perform better. That is why we ensure a healthy work-life balance at NTS. Whether you want to work part-time or full-time, it is your contribution that counts.

Flexibility that works for you

  • Standard 36-hour work week, possibility to work part-time
  • Possibility to work from home (if this fits the position)
  • Flexible working hours and locations in consultation with your team
  • You are entitled to various types of leave, such as parental leave, care leave, or special (paid) leave for personal events
  • Work-from-home allowance of € 2.00 net per work-from-home day
  • Extra benefit via the Multiple Choice System for Employment Conditions, with which you can exchange certain conditions. For example, for the purchase of a bicycle or a trade union membership.

A solid financial foundation

  • Market-conform salary according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Hospitals with annual growth opportunities
  • Holiday pay of 8.33% (paid out in May)
  • End-of-year bonus of 8.33% (paid out in December)
  • Allowances for irregular shifts and on-call duties
  • Pension scheme via PFZW, with us paying approximately half of the premium
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer (up to a max. of 40 km one way)
  • Do you travel by public transport? Then you will receive an NS Business Card
  • For business trips, an allowance of €0.38 per kilometer applies
  • Discount on your health insurance via IZZ
  • Participation in a collective WGA-gap insurance
