What you can expect from us
At the NTS you work in a meaningful environment with an eye for your well-being and development. You will receive a good salary according to the Hospitals Collective Labor Agreement (CAO Ziekenhuizen), including 8.33% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 8.33%. We offer you over five weeks of vacation per year and a solid pension scheme. Working hours are flexible, with plenty of room for hybrid working. In addition, we invest in your growth: with customized training, coaching, and guidance. You will join a warm, professional team where you feel welcome and can truly make a difference.
