Bring momentum to projects that matter

A digital system that needs to better align with practice. A tender with various interests. A process that can be smarter. Or a change that affects multiple parts of the donation and transplantation chain.

As a project manager at the Dutch Transplant Foundation, you constantly step into a different issue. You work with various experts, get responsibility and turn ideas into results. In this way, you contribute from your profession to our mission: saving people, enriching lives, together we succeed.

Here you make the difference

From digitalization and information provision to process improvement, policy, and tenders. You bring focus, organize the right expertise, and ensure that projects move forward, you:

  • Lead projects from start to result.
  • Make complex issues concrete and executable.
  • Maintain a grip on planning, progress, quality, and results.
  • Bring the right people and expertise together.
  • Identify bottlenecks and take action.
  • Ensure that decisions are made and agreements are carried out.

Technology and digitalization regularly play a role. You do not have to be a technical specialist, but you are curious about how systems, processes, and people interact.

Together you achieve more

One moment you discuss what is technically possible with an ICT professional, the next with a doctor what is needed in practice. You also work with policy advisors, hospitals, suppliers, chain partners, and the Ministry of VWS.

You easily switch between those different worlds. You understand that interests can differ and sense what is needed to move forward. You listen, ask sharp questions, and stay on course. Is a project threatening to stall? Then you get it moving again.

You work from Operations and move through the entire NTS. This way you quickly get to know many sides of our organization and the national donation and transplantation chain.

What you can expect from us

At NTS you are given trust and the freedom to take responsibility. You work with dedicated colleagues and can organize your work flexibly, ensuring there is also room for your life outside of work.

  • A salary in accordance with the Hospitals Collective Labor Agreement (CAO Ziekenhuizen), FWG 55 (maximum €5,503).
  • A one-year contract for 32 to 36 hours per week with the prospect of extension.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 8.33%.
  • Generous five weeks of vacation and a good pension scheme.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid working.
  • Room for development, training, and coaching.
  • A warm and dedicated team that works with both heart and mind.

This is you

You see what is needed and take action. You bring an overview, make agreements concrete, and get people on board. Decisive, but with a strong sense of your environment. You move smoothly between different interests and know when to give space, when to align, and when to provide direction.

You don't need to have seen it all before. We are mainly looking for someone who is curious, quickly grasps new subject matter, and dares to take responsibility. You:

  • Have a bachelor's (HBO) working and thinking level.
  • Have experience with project-based work and guiding projects.
  • Preferably have knowledge of IPMA.
  • Work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
  • Easily switch between people, content, and interests.
  • Have an affinity with technology, digitalization, and information provision.
  • Preferably bring experience in healthcare or quickly master a complex environment.

Ready to bring more projects across the finish line?

Do you want to combine responsibility, variety, and working with experts from various fields with societal impact? Then we would love to meet you. Your drive. Different expertises. One shared mission. Together we take it further.

We are not looking for freelancers. Acquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated.
