Naomi Nathan (1967) has been the director of the NTS since February 1, 2023. Prior to that, she worked at Haaglanden Medical Center (HMC), where she served as director of the HMC Cancer Center since 2018 and also managed the renovation and harmonization of mother and child care as a cluster manager. In this role and previous work as a project manager at Erasmus MC and as a consultant and interim director, she gained extensive experience in the (re)design and optimization of care processes and the establishment of care networks. She is a trained technical physicist and also has a business administration background.

Joyce Deggens (1962) has been the Policy Manager at the NTS since 2023. Previously, she was director-board member of the College of Healthcare Training Programs, senior policy advisor at the Netherlands Federation of University Medical Centres, and worked as an ICU nurse and manager in acute care. The Policy team translates social developments, laws and regulations, and medical innovations into clear, feasible policies. We work closely with our collaborative partners. This is how we ensure that the Dutch transplantation system remains fair, transparent, and future-proof.

Eveline van Dieten (1970) has been the manager of the Donor Information, Communication, and Education department at the NTS since 2021. Her department provides clear information about donation and transplantation, supports the medical field with communication and training, and serves as an information resource for the media. She has worked in healthcare in the field of communication and public affairs for over twenty years, including at the KNMG physicians' federation, Haaglanden Medical Center, and VVAA/MediRisk.

Evert Jan Bos (1982) has been the Operations Manager at the NTS since 2023. He leads the Legal Affairs, HR, Finance, Facility Services, and Quality teams, which together ensure that all supporting processes surrounding donation and transplantation run smoothly. He previously worked at VNU, Jaarbeurs, and Health Base Foundation.

Johan Jansen (1974) has been the Operations Manager at the NTS since 2023. His department includes the Organ Center, which supports healthcare professionals 24/7 with donor registration and donation coordination. He previously worked for 25 years in various healthcare organizations, including Bernhoven Hospital and care organization Pleyade. Johan studied Medicine and Business Administration.

Ronald van der Meulen (1968)has been the Information Provision Manager at the NTS since September 1, 2026. With his department, he ensures that ICT, data, and information provision optimally contribute to a well-functioning donation and transplantation process. In doing so, he looks not only at daily practice, but also at future developments in healthcare, technology, legislation, and society. Ronald brings extensive experience as an advisor, IT and information manager, and CISO. What motivates him is making a social contribution by cleverly deploying technology and information provision. Ronald studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Twente.
